Watermark
A refined brand and image-led website for an independent luxury kitchen and bathroom specialist.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Bringing the digital presence in line with the craftsmanship.
Watermark is an independent, family-run business creating bespoke kitchens, bathrooms and fitted interiors from showrooms in Oakley and Amersham. Established in 1989, the company combines more than three decades of experience with a highly personal, design-led approach.
Its previous identity and website no longer reflected the standard of the spaces Watermark creates. Jigsaw was brought in to develop a more polished brand presence and a modern website capable of presenting the company’s craftsmanship, extensive portfolio and complete design process with greater clarity.

Brand development, website design and development, content structure and digital presentation
THE BRIEF
A more premium platform for a design-led business.
Watermark needed an online presence that felt as considered as its kitchens and bathrooms. The existing website was dated, did not showcase the company’s photography to its full potential and made it harder for prospective clients to understand the breadth of its work.
The new direction needed to communicate quality without feeling unapproachable, bring kitchens, bathrooms, other rooms, showrooms and completed projects into one coherent experience, and give visitors a clear route from inspiration to consultation.
01 — BRAND DIRECTION
Quiet confidence and a premium feel
The visual direction was shaped around Watermark’s established reputation and the understated quality of its work. A restrained natural palette, refined typography and consistent application across digital and physical touchpoints created a brand that feels sophisticated, calm and relevant to the interiors market.
02 — CONTENT & STRUCTURE
Making a broad service easier to explore
The website structure separates kitchens, bathrooms, fitted interiors, showrooms and case studies while keeping the experience connected. Visitors can quickly understand what Watermark offers, see how the design process works and browse real projects for inspiration.
03 — DIGITAL EXPERIENCE
Designed around strong imagery
Large-format photography and a clean, spacious layout place Watermark’s work at the centre of the website. Clear navigation, project galleries and prominent consultation calls to action help potential clients move naturally from discovering the brand to starting a conversation.
THE RESULT
A digital showcase worthy of the work.
The finished website gives Watermark a more coherent and confident presence, bringing its heritage, services, showrooms and project portfolio together in one place. The new design provides a stronger platform for presenting the detail and quality of the company’s work while making it easier for prospective customers to explore ideas and understand the route to their own project.
Together, the brand application and website create a consistent foundation Watermark can continue to build on as its portfolio and marketing develop.
