Q Will a website instantly generate more business to our company ?

A No, not stratight away. A website is similar to having an actual shop. You can't just open a shop and expect customers to que outside of the door with money in their hand waiting to spend it with you. Like any new venture it takes time and effort. We are more than happy to discuss how to best promote your website to the right audience and what needs to be done at your end.

Q How long does it take to build a website ?

A That really depends on the size and functionality of the website design, however a small 3 page website can take from about 1 week and a large website with online shop and database can take upto about 6 weeks. We would advise that you let us know what your reqquirements are and we will then give you an approximate timeframe for your project.

Q Are there any hidden costs ?

A absolutely not ! When we give you a flat fee quotation for a website it will be a fixed price based on your brief and it will include your domain name registration, email address to your chosen domain name and hosting for the website for 1 year. After that you will have to pay an annual fee for website hosting which is typically about £75 per year which keeps your website and email running. If you choose one of our pay monthly websites this is already included until you decide to stop the website.

Q I haven't got any idea what type of website design I want. What should I do ?

A Don't worry ! This is quite common. What we generally would do if this was the case is ask you what websites that you have seen that you like. It may be the layout, colour scheme or functionality of the website that takes your eye. This helps us to get started. One of our experienced designers will put together a couple of ideas based on your likes of other sites and then we simply go back and forth until we get the website design right that best suits your requirements.

Q How much will I have to pay for the website and at what stage payment intervals ?

A We charge 30% of the total cost at the start of the project, followed by 30% half way through the project and the final 40% when the website goes live. If you choose one of our pay monthly packages then you pay the set up fee initially and then the following month you start your monthly fee.
